We had the carpets cleaned in a rental house that we own. The technician was very honest about how difficult pet stains are to get out. The following day my husband went to the house to see if the smell was gone. It was actually worse, though we do not fault the technician for that at all. However, when we tried to work on the stain ourselves, we vacuumed afterward and couldn't believe the HUGE wad of dog hair that we vacuumed up. It was as if the technician didn't vacuum at all before he treated the carpet. We ended up pulling the carpet out and replacing it. I will say that the tile cleaning he did looked great. We certainly don't fault Zerorez for not getting the pet stains out of our carpet, we just don't know that the technician did a thorough job.

He did a very good job and did not take too long. I am very. Satisfied.

Your techs are always friendly, cordial, respectful, and efficient. They get the job done and leave. Always great service and I am always amazed at what they can do to get my carpet 'sparkling clean' once again.

I unfortunately was not present when your associate cleaned my carpet. My son and daughters were there, and my son insist that he told him to clean th carpet in a seperate room off the garage. My wife arrived about half way through the cleaning and she checked everything after the job was complete and thought it looked good and paid the bill. I arrived right after the cleaning and your associate had already departed. I guess I'm a bit more picky than my wife, but when I spend approximaty $425 I expect perfection. The two areas I wanted cleaned most were the stairs especially along the edges on both sides of the steps. There was a dark color like mildew or just dirt on the edges that probably wasn't vacuumed as carefully by the previous owners, and that stood out as a problem area. Well, it looked just as dirty when your associate finished cleaning. I could not tell any difference. The other area was that room off the garage and it was dry - did not get cleaned. Now after checking the bill I don't believe we were charged for that room but I would have gladly paid if your associate had only remembered to include it. The room has a musty smell and needed cleaning. I've used other cleaning services that did use spot cleaners and when they finished every stain was gone and the carpets looked new and smelt great. I used your company due to a friends recommendation, but I will not be recommending your company to anyone ever.

I love how the process was so quick and drying time didn't take all day. I also love how the cleaning didn't soak my carpet with chemicals and shampoos that leave it feeling sticky after. It smells clean, not toxic. Darwin was great as well.

The carpets do not feel sticky.

The carpet cleaning was well done and the person who did it, did a great job (Luis). However, when I called to make an appt. I was quoted $99 for 4 rooms. Which is great. I said at that time that I had a $25 off coupon and the person who I made the appt. with said "no problem just show it to the technician when you pay". When Luis called in to give my credit card number for payment, the person on the phone said I couldn't use the coupon because the $99 was "already a special". News to me. You had a opportunity to "make things right" when I was talking on the phone to explain what the person I made the appt. with told me that it would be fine to use the coupon. Instead that person argued with me until I just gave up. His suggestion was to "buy more services" and I could use the coupon for that. Really? I don't mind following the rules of the coupon but I would appreciate knowing that up front, not after the service is completed. Also, On a completely different note, why the $10 "fuel charge"? Just increase your prices by $10. That also is misleading fine print.

There is no left over residue and the carpets are clean.

All of the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. When they start talking about all the science involved with what they do you'd think they all have chemistry degrees. The work was perfect and remedied my severe pet issues without having to replace the carpet or having any over powering chemical smells. The room smells like nothing, which is the goal!

I am typically amazed by the cleaning and tend to focus on how my carpets and upholstery looks when I clean, which it did, I'm horribly picky and its really hard not to get picky about small details, which makes it hard to have other people do things when I know I won't be satisfied with their best. But in all honesty, Joe was just as picky, which made this cleaning EVEN BETTER!

Joe goes over the areas, and then goes over it again three more times. He really cares about the customer experience, he showed me how the cleaning helps the carpet, walked me through the cleaning, had me walk through all the cleaning steps (touching the carpet after the cleaning, treating the areas, smelling the upholstery, noting what might need additional treatment, and even providing helpful information about items I wasn't having cleaned).

Joe was amazing, he breaks down what's going on with your carpets, demonstrates the service shows the how the brush pro works and even lets the customer try some of the cleaning, i know that sounds silly but it really does help having customers have a bit of hands on work with each cleaning, i was able to see how the clean my home would be. I think that all technicians should let their customers try out the cleaning to get first hand experience of their cleaning.

Every technician should aim for the standard of quality that Joe delivers to customers, I thought I had experienced excellent customer service with other technicians (Brad, Darwin, and Joseph), but man Joe Martin exceeded my expectations.
I seriously CANNOT stop raving about Joe. Do whatever it takes to keep him, and train your other technicians to be like him. Because Joe Martin IS WHERE ITS AT! He IS customer service.

There were a few spots on the carpeting that didn't come out which I had noted to the person that came out. His initial response was, I can't guarantee they will come out and I don't think extra care was taken to try and get the stains out.

This was the first time for me to have Randy and he brought a new technician with him, Oscar. These guys were great. This was also the first time for anyone doing my carpet cleaning (have used two other companies prior to Zerorez)to use corner protectors -- very professional. The couch and loveseat look great and the carpet is wonderful also.
