Please don't try to sell me on additional services and treatments once at my house. The gentleman was very nice and I know it was his job, but the cost of the additional services was more than the whole carpet cleaning

work a little harder on tough spots as I pointed out to technician. Carpet always looks great when they walk out the door but when it dries there are "shadows" that I think would have come out if they'd worked a little harder on those spots.
