What do you like about our products and services?

Friendly. The two gentlemen were professional. I have 4 small inside dogs and with the birth of a new grandson, I think they have been feeling a bit left out and marking their territory. The house smells and looks wonderful now!

What do you like about our products and services?

That there is no residue left in the carpet. With previous carpet cleaners I always felt like the carpet got dirtier quicker one I had it cleaned. With Zerorez it stays cleaner looking much longer.

The carpet is super clean, I liked Luis and the job he did. But the carpet was still wet 24 hours later!!! That is too long.

What could we do to improve?

The house cleaned was a new purchase and vacant at time of service. The tech mentioned there may have been a pet in the house. I didn't really smell anything until after he left as it was drying. As of today it smells of pet urine or something odd. He did not recommend doing a pet treatment while he was there. I really think he should have especially since he is an expert of these smells. I also did not receive the incentive offer that was set up at the time of my call to set up service. While I have used your company in 3 other occasions, I am not satisfied with the smell left behind with my recent service. What should I do from here?

What do you like about our products and services?

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning! The people who scheduled my appointment were very courteous and helpful when I had to reschedule. Then the day before when I requested that they arrive at the earliest time during my window again they were helpful and courteous. The job that Zerorez did was just great! He was quick, courteous and efficient. I will definitely call Zerorez again next time!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I did not receive a call prior to arrival. There is a very long window even when you book in advance and are suppose to be the 1st for that day...did not pre-treat my carpet...not sure if it was sanitized...might not have needed it...I don't know...really did not give me any info...had to ask how much I owed...had to ask how long I had to wait to have my carpet dry...did not get a receipt...only things I liked was it only took about 15-20 min once he got here and did not try to charge me extra....did mention 1-2 things but did not give me a hard time once I said no...paid what I expected to pay which is a plus considering some of the companies I have dealt with

Service was as advertised. Technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable about the process and additional services the company offers. Very satisfied with cleanliness of carpets and tile floor when service was completed.

What could we do to improve?

Adil was most gracious and polite. He did his job very well and was very efficient. The hoses are a little cumbersome and need a little guidance around the corners so as not to rub the trim of doors around the corners. I was glad to help the hoses around the corners for Adil as my house is very small with little room to move and my trims weren't in tip top shape anyway.

Shorter waiting period. We waited from 4-6:30 and as we were getting a call that the technician was running late, they found out he was having problems with his sprayer. We had to reschedule but was given a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated.

I called to get a quote and the individual insisted that someone had to come to the house to do this. I waited all day for someone to arrive (which they did at 1:30) only for them to not even walk in my house but ask me how many rooms I needed cleaned. They proceeded to call their boss (still standing outside) to ask for a quote and then gave me the amount. So, you could have done this over the phone....

I PAID EXTRA FOR ODOR REMOVAL AND I CAN STILL SMELL AND ODOR. IT WAS FINE WHEN THE TECH LEFT BUT THE ODOR HAS COME BACK

The "bait and switch" advertising that your company employs is very annoying, if not outright unethical. To advertise a price on the radio and then turn around and add a $10 travel fee to every job, which was not mentioned in the original ad, is unacceptable.

Knowledgable and friendly technician. He took the time to show me where he had cleaned and what was yet to be cleaned side by side. It was a dramatic difference. My home did not smell after cleaning as with other services which gave me the excuse that it was "just wet carpet smell". I now know that was not true. Zerorez cleaned my whole house, 8 rooms, in about 3 hours! It looks great and feels soft to walk on.

Tech was very professional he explained the process to me since this was my very first time having zerorez clean my carpets.and my carpets look like new again.

A two hour job took six hours. The technicians hose broke, second hose was too short and prolonged time getting backup from warehouse. The machine to suck up extra water was also broke so the technician left the house with pools of water everywhere. This dried the next day leaving a residue that is tracked everywhere you go. ( ironic your company name is "zerorez"). I had not been given an estimate and the technician quoted $661 but charged more. I did identify referral from kLTY, whom you advertise. "Three rooms for $99". I called Monday and asked that someone come mop up residue and technicians footprints and was told "well consider it". By your advertisements I should be getting a refund. Name removed. Phone number removed
