Called immediately after the technician left as he caused damage to our bannister - scraped the paint off down to the wood, 3 inch scrape on 3 sides-. I was assured that I would be contacted within 48 hours regarding damage by customer service.Have not heard from anyone and it has been 6 days! I asked the tech. what could be done or who I should contact and he said he did not know. He said their wasn't anyone because this has never happened before. VERY unhappy that there was not follow-up. Also, there was so much water on the carpet it took over 6 hours to dry, and spots showed up within 1 hour after treatment.

Had to clean along the edges after service man left. Lots of dirt there and I had vacuumed prior to cleaning. Asked him to put something under metal legs of a few items. He said they wouldn't rust because he didn't get that close to them-they did so I have several rust spots. Still some spots, however my carpets were very dirty and he did get 90% of the spots out.
You use no chemicals and the work was done quickly.
I have worked for State Farm for 30+ years. We refer our clients to various Water Extraction Companies for water damage claims. As a result of these referrals, I can get discounted carpet cleaning from various vendors, I opt to pay Zerorez for services because in my opinion, you all do a better job than any of your competitors. I have referred numerous friends and clients to your firm. I can't say enough good thinkgs about your company, employees and product.

Your service was great and you worked with me to have the work done within my time schedule.
The technican was very polite and informative. The only thing I have a problem with is when i called to get a quote i said i had two rooms and i was quoted $99.00. The invoice says its three rooms for $99.00. If I would have known that I would have gotten my hall or bedroom cleaned.
Give a better estimate and not add additional charges on-site
Carpets looked good mostly. There were a few stains that were still pretty obvious, but maybe nothing could get them out.

Was scheduled for appt 4- 6:30 PM window. Called 2 times to check on status. Finally told at 6:30 that "running late and trying to contact tech." I was called back , notified it would be at least 30- 40 minutes before he arrived, "depending on traffic." ( that would be arrival at my house ~ 7:15 or latyer. On a Friday afternoon, once it is VERY CLEAR that appt is going to be delayed, customer should be contacted and given options, sooner not later. Yes, I was rescheduled for Saturday AM as a priority, which then pushes the other scheduled customoers further down. This is not a good method of managing your schedule, nor should you then expect the customer to give up another 90 - 120 minutes of wait time for job completion .
I LOVED THOMAS WITH HIS "ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS" ZERO REZ QUALITY!
My husband was scheduled to come home from the hospital. I normally clean my carpets by renting a shampooer but I dlidmt have the time or energy. The previous scheduled guy's cleaning was just a quick once over not making much difference in the before & after look. I know my carpets are old but also know they usually look better than the previous guy left them after HIS quick in/out "cleaning". I called Zero Rez and couldn't be happier! Not only did Zero Rez send Thomas but Thomas paid "attention to the details"! Not only did he leave my carpet cleaned BETTER than iI do, but his "attention to the details" made my house look so much better that we laid down on the floor to play with our dog! No chemical smells & no dust in my nose and the soft plush of the carpet was great! I WILL USE Zero Rez again! THANK YOU ZERO REZ'S THOMAS FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS!!
