I was so impressed by how clean the carpets got!! Darwin did an amazing job and got out of every spot! I will definitely be using them in the future. I was 100% satisfied!
Our Tech Luis was awsome! Very kind and wonderful to work with. Was a little disappointed in the customer service due to needing to speak with a manager about a credit and it seemed they dudnt realy tbe message ti him/ her
Carpet came out great, didn't take long, and dried fast. Workers were professional and friendly.
Only suggestion, office should contact customer when worker is running late. Next time I would schedule a morning appointment instead of an afternoon. Glad workers that came to my home were redirected to save the day.
Better than I expected results for both the carpet and floor tiles. Your technicians were very polite, punctual and hard working. I am very satisfied with the entire process.
It gets the carpet CLEAN not just a cover up. Used the pet deoderizer, which I thought was a little pricey, but it worked. The crew was awesome. They we very professional and worked very quickly.

First name removed was an amazing technician he was able to turn or carpet and make it incredibly clean if I could respond First name removed to any other customer I would recommend that you do that because he is absolutely the finest a technician I've ever seen thank you so much for sending it my way
We have had Zerorez at least 3 times and have been pleased, but the technician we had this time was wonderful and made it our best experience yet! Kyle was professional, courteous and knowledgable. He was even able to remove a stain that the other attempts by Zerorez were unable to remove.

Where I think you could improve greatly is in the cost . If your service was more reasonable I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you . I would have you clean more areas of my home too .

U were suppose to be at our house at 10am on Wed. 24th, no show, no phone call, & when we called u said u would b at our house at 6pm , no that's not the way WE do business! We cancelled u & will never use u again or recommend u to anyone!

The service tech, Cesar was friendly and informative. He took the time to answer my questions and seemed very knowledgeable on the process.
Our carpets look great and without that chemical smell that sometimes accompany other carpet cleaning companies. The service technician, Patrick, was polite and courteous and was able to get some of the deepest stains out of our carpet. Thank you Zerorez! I will definitely be a returning customer!
Carpet stains looked worse after the cleaning. The up selling was inappropriate. We paid $700.00 for what was to be a $99.00 job. and the carpets were not clean.
I was disappointed in the results. I used y'all the last time it was the first time and my carpets were in worse condition then than prior to this treatment. However, immediately after the first cleaning the results were spectacular; the carpet looked like it was new. This time, I'm struggling to quantify how much, if any, improvement occurred. As it dried I think it did get a little better but it's still a long way from the "almost new" look of the first treatment. The only difference in treatment between the first one and this one is I had a pet treatment done last time (our dog had just died and we've not obtained another pet) which was stated on the invoice as "fiber protectant". This time was just a straight cleaning which I assumed would be sufficient since there were no more pet stains/issues. What can you do to make things right? I don't know what would be appropriate.
He explained everything very thoroughly. He was efficient and the thing I like the most is that 2 days later, my rugs look amazing! Well Done! I will definitely call you again. :)

Very clean and beautiful without heavy chemicals...Technician very thoughtful, thorough and spent time to explain each process and recommendation for my homes sprecific needs and the cost of each. He was very careful with my home and did a beautiful job on my floors as well as making my furniture look almost neew again. I am very pleased and will not use any other service as Zerorez is the best!
