I have used Zerorez for several years now and have been very pleased with the service and products. We foster dogs, so we definitely give the crew a workout when they clean our carpets. I have recommended your company to many friends and anytime someone mentions needing their carpets cleaned, I always tell them about Zerorez.
Carpet was totally clean with no soap residue. Technician (Jess) was outstanding -- courteous, efficient and did a fantastic job on my carpet.

The customer service was great. The guy that came to the house was a big help teaching us about what we needed to get the floors in our hour clean. The only problem I had with zerorez is that it seemed to expensive. I ended up spending a lot more money that I had planned. That might have been my fault due to the lack of research on my end. Overall it was good and we will use zerorez again
