The service - timeliness, answered all our questions and the carpets were cleaned well
I love that there are no harsh chemicals used - and your technicians are always so friendly and knowledgeable!
We like how clean the carpets look and feel. We also like that the same representative comes each quarter if we ask for him. Joshua is professional and efficient. He is kind and understands our needs. There's no pressure - just the facts - and the prices are what they quote - no funny stuff at the end.
The only bad thing is the fuel charge. I would think gas is a cost of doing business.

Even with the pre treatment, pet stains were not removed. When a special light was held over the carpet, all pet stains were still there.

Our carpets are still wet in places in each room and its 33 hours after our technician finished. Because they stayed wet for so long, we have been tracking chemicals on our wood floor since yesterday and now there's a film on much of our wood floor.
On a positive note, our technician was very courteous and worked hard.

Area near baseboard/wall was not cleaned very well, when all areas were completely dried thes areas did not look any better than before cleaning.
The stains we had are lighter. Sears and Dalworth could not get them out or make them lighter
I'm still waiting to hear from you with regard to the areas that need brightening(?). Other than that, until I hear I can't respond.
