I have always had a good experience with your company. This time the service was exceptional. The technician worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I am sorry that I have forgotten his name. It may have been Rich.
Everything was fantastic.

Tile in the kitchen was cleaned, but looks the same. Certain areas seem darker than before, seems like the seal did not dry and still looks wet. Two different Techs came out, but looks the same. Last Tech said a manager was going to contact me...still waiting.
You do a great job, are friendly, & leave my home clean & fresh!
Technician was great The only problem was that my carpets were to saturated with water and were still wet the next morning!

This is the second time I have used Zeroez and I was pleased again with the results. Carpet looks brighter and clean. They did a very thourough job, he didn't just run through it as fast as they could.

It was quick, quiet, and got the job done without disturbing our every day lives.
The carpet was fine, but I was not empressed with the cleaning of my tile. There was clearly about two inches around the perimeter that wasn't cleaned. I mean seems like you guys should have an attachement that gets those areas. And not to mention behind the toilets, that's the worst part.

From the commercial, I expected more of the soiled traffic are and staining to be removed but, I don't see any discernable difference in this process and conventional methods
