Jesus was great!

Did not get my loyalty discount, did not clean tiled area and did not receive advertised gift card. I was emailed a loyalty customer offer and mentioned the offer at time of booking service. Did not receive any of the offer. Very disappointed

Our experience yesterday was a great one. Not only did the do a wonderful job on our floors. They were so polite and wanted me to relax while they worked. I felt confident in the knowledge and expert job the did. The went above what I asked and will be requesting Zerorez again and recommend. They were on time and did a great job done promptly. Again very professional We are very happy with zerorez thank you !

That you don't leave soap in the carpet

Very clean and baby friendly. We just had a baby a week prior to the service and this is the only company we felt safe using.

Carpet still has a pet smell. I thought the $60 treatments would make a difference but it did not. We still smell when we walk in the door.

Kevin was awsome! He was knowledgeable and did a great job with the old carpet.loved that it really helped the smell and wasn't due to overlay of chemicals.

It is very hard to believe that 11 gallons of "Flash" were actually utilized for the very small square footage that it was utilized. At $100 per gallon, I should have watched more carefully and counted. Also, I clearly asked for Scotch Guard protection on three areas not four but when Joe totaled my bill he did not even apologize for charging me for four.

Daniel (Dan) Jackson is a GREAT representative for your Company. We will ALWAYS request him and WAIT until he is available to clean our carpet. He does a TERRIFIC job!!

The best carpet and tile cleaning I have ever had.

Carpet looks really good but there are still some areas that are a little damp. Carpet was cleaned on 10/28/14.

Letting us know ahead of time the rates for pet carpet cleaning or whatnot instead of waiting for the carpet cleaning person to come over. He first quoted 80 dollars per room and then ended up bringing it down to 40 per room. I didn't do it simply because I felt uncomfortable with there not being a set rate for it and felt hustled.
