Carpet doesn't attract dirt more aggressively after having it professionally cleaned.
The carpet looked great until it dried then the same marks came back. The service guy was very nice and helpful
I tried to get a quote and appt and it took a couple of weeks to get this accomplished.
Then,
we had an appt set for 10:30 - to 11:00, and apparently that did not get scheduled since we called after 12:30 and ya'll had to rush a schedule for later that day.
The last time you cleaned our carpets, the work was very inferior to what you have done in the past. Very 'streaky'.
Easy to work with, arrived within window, worked hard to ensure carpet as clean as possible.
Absolutely love that they can get amazingly goopy stuff out of our carpets!!
No soap
I need someone to call me - we had our floors cleaned Monday afternoon and are still dealing w/ very damp carpets. I'm concerned that the water was not fully soaked up before the technician left and at this point worry about mildew. We have had our floors cleaned several times and never had this happen. We have had fans on the floor for over 24 hours. I'm sure it's just an equipment error but I need customer service to call with a fix as soon as possible!
