The first person that came out did nothing but soak my carpets and charge me $100 more than I was originally quoted. It took over two days to completely dry and it was not clean. When I asked him about it he said he had done all he could do. I called and complained and after much back and forth and confusion between the scheduling and much miscommunication, I finally got a supervisor out. He cleaned my carpets and freely admitted that the first person did not clean the carpets at all and I appreciated his honestly. I was very disappointed with Zerorez and how hard the company was to work with.

HAVE A REAL PERSON CALL TO VERIFY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, AS THEY APPROACH. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS NOT DONE, AND I WAS NOT CONTACTED REGARDING WHY NO ONE SHOWED UP. I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 2 1/2 - 3 WEEKS, DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS, FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. APPOINTMENTS SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT TO A COMPUTER.

It all started with Jimmy Lakey. He was awesome in how he dealt with my wife and I. He was knowledgeable in the "science" as he explained the ph levels waters he cleaned with. All I know is, we were ready to place the carpet, and now we're glad we gave Zerorez a try! Carpets looks great!!!
