That there is zero residue left after the cleaning. The technician, Ceasar, was very professional and efficient.

Customer Service is fantastic. I love how they can remove pet stains and any bacteria. My favorite thing is that when they are finished, there is NO soapy residue left behind on my hardwoods and tile - it is all clean. My carpets look great and smell clean.

When they cleaned the grout and tile in the kitchen, they left a large scratch on one of my tiles and the grout and tile looked like it had not been cleaned. I reported this and you sent out an senior technician to investigate. He did re-clean the kitchen tile and grout and it looked much better and I was happy with that. However, the scratch was still there. He offered me a bottle of carpet cleaner, but that is not near what the cost of replacing the tile would be. For one thing, the tile and gout has been down for 14 years, so it would be impossible to match. If your willing to make things right, you can come next year in November and clean the same things as this year for free. I spent almost $500.00 this year and they did the same thing last year, only they didn't scratch my tile. Last year everything was great. That's why I called again this year. I'm really disappointed that nothing has been done or anything offered for the scratch. This is why I am only rating recommending to a friend a 4. I also will tell them about the scratch and the fact nothing was offered.
Carpet always looks fresh and clean and new! The service guys are always polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.
The technician was on-time, professional, and helped answer my questions. I also like that he didn't try to sell me lots of extra "add-ons". I hate that. He did accidentally leave three orange "corner protectors" - or whatever those are called. I'm not sure what I should do with them.

The service provided 8/2/13 proved to be very good. I made this second appointment with Zerorez based upon that experience. I felt the tool used to 'agitate' the carpet and then follow up with the wand (can't argue the "empowered water"; but know all carpet cleaners increase the PH, apply hot water and use a suction wand to remove the water) provided excellent results.
This past service there was no additional carpet agitation tool. When I asked about it, the employee indicated he did not have that on the truck. It's only purpose was to "agitate and extract soil from the carpet". Duh.
Well I have cheap old carpet and it really made my caret look better.

The carpet was cleaned very well but it still takes 24 hours to dry.

Zerorez does not use a lot of chemicals to clean the carpet. Zerorez was on time, even a little early. Tyrone was courteous, efficient and left my carpets in wonderful shape.
Always prompt. The gentlemen who come to do the cleaning are ALWAYS polite and knowledgable about the product and do such a good job cleaning my OLD OLD carpet....always looks new. I have used Zerorez for many years and love, love, love the results!
technicians need to pay more attention to spots and take more time in those areas. I had some very simple non stained spots return after drying.
I have had Zerorez out before and was very impressed. This time was different the carpet was very wet and took until the next day to dry. After it dried I noticed some spots and now it has been a week and it seems even worse very disappointed. I would like a call on this matter. Phone number removed Name removed

Friendly, hard-working crew who genuinely seemed to want to do their best for us.
I was not satisfied with the cost of the pet odor treatment for what we received. The last time we had this service thru Zerorez, it completely removed any smell. This treatment seemed to just make it worse.
Very professional approach and honest about what stains will come out and which ones won't.
