I like your products because they work. Your Techs are the best because they are well trained! Jasiel and Manny did a great job -- because they listen, they pay attention to detail, they respect what I want, they do what I ask them to do, they answer my questions completely, because they are totally dedicated to customer service, because they want my carpet to be clean. They know the product and they can explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. The carpets are clean and there is no smell except a clean healthy smell. The carpets dry fast. This is my second experience with Zerorez and I am even more pleased this time. Jasiel and Manny were competent and professional. A+++

Joe was right on time and called twice prior to his arrival as requested. His appearance was neat and clean, very respectful and answered all questions. He completed the task in a timely and professional manner. The zerorez truck was clean and looked good parked outside the condo complex. Overall I liked everything about the company motto and the carpets look great too, a good value I'd say.
