Carpets that I thought were beyond hope now have years of life left in them because of your product. You were courteous in every contact while scheduling the service, and the call telling me where they were and when they expected to be here. The work was done efficiently, the guys were courteous and thoroughly explained all our options for cleaning, sealing and protecting our floors.

My granddaughter and daughter-in-law are severely allergic to my cat, mites, and dust. So much so that we had to find a home for our cat. But we needed to get all of the cat dander, dust, and mites out of ALL the furniture, carpets, floors, tiles, air ducts, furnace. You name it' they cleaned it thoroughly. Before the cleaning and absence of the cat, my granddaughter could not enter my house. She is only 4 and would start to cough, wheeze and could not breathe. Today, after ZEROREZ came on Thursday, we invited my son and his family over for lunch to see if my daughter-in-law, or my granddaughter had any bad reactions. They stayed for several hours and experienced no reactions. No allergic reactions at all. It was important for us to get the house safe because they are going to stay with us for several months while their house in Berkeley is being renovated. My husband and I and my son and his family were so happy and relieved.

customer service. From the moment I called to make my appointment to the follow up after services were rendered. Staff is extremely polite and nice. Our tech Osiel is a polite man who communicates from beginning to end. We were very impressed with his skills.
