It all comes down to the service and the individuals who represent the front line. The two that worked here and did the work were very enthusiastic and friendly. One thing I didn't like : the cost of the protectant, which I feel is very necessary, is half the cost of the cleaning. Cleaning is easier next time but still costs the same. The cost seems excessesive.

My carpets look great, but I expected that. What I found exceptional was how professional and yet kind and friendly the two technicians were. Jesus and China were delightful, I would invite them back any time.

They are green, and the process cleans the carpets better than any other service or product.

You are prompt. The Zerorez product and process leaves my carpet looking and feeling clean and soft. With other companies, my carpet feels sticky and seems to look dirty within a month.

The technician was on time, very efficient and helpful. The cleaning process was amazing this tattered old off-white rug looked like new and smelled wonderful. Only time in my life I wished I had wall to wall carpeting in every room! My first experience where the products and services offered is as good as represented, and maybe even better. Price was right too!

Paul Garcia was outstanding - so polite, careful and detailed as he went about the cleaning. He pointed out many advantages of the Zerorez cleaning process and showed us where prior cleaning and/or spot cleaning had left a lot of soap residue and how that attracts dirt. He was able to remove some nasty stains and protected the carpet from chair and table legs that might have caused rust like a former cleaning service. He really left the carpets looking fresh, clean and bright. He arrived on time, calling before he arrived, and was able to complete the entire job in what seemed to be a short time frame. We were sorry to see him leave, he was a pleasure to have on our property and we'll ask for him by name the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

We've been using Zerorez since 2006 when I heard Gene Burns on KGO radio boast about Zerorez getting out a paint stain on his carpet. Zerorez cleaned our 25 yr old high-quality carpet in our condo and brought it back to life. I have 3 dogs. Two are old and one wears a belly band because he can't control his bladder. One is a 7 month old puppy that's had several accidents during the training process. You can imagine why I have my carpets cleaned every 6 months! Zerorez has always come to the rescue and gets the stains and the odor out of the carpet. Thank you, Zerorez! Unlike carpets that have been cleaned by the shampoo method, the dirt from your shoes doesn't cling to your newly cleaned carpet using the Zerorez method. I have, and will continue to recommend Zerorez to anyone needing a quality cleaning.
