I was called before they arrived, the two guys were neat, nice, friendly, courteous and efficient. They did great work and worked fast. My carpets looked fabulous when they were done. They "sold" me on the protectant so they did a good job for you. I thought they were great professionals and would absolutely have them come back to clean my carpets again. It was Manny and Halcion? I'm not sure of his spelling.

Gustavo was a pleasure to deal with. The price was reasonable and the process was fairly quick. My rental unit's carpet was actually very clean so I can't comment on the quality of your service...the carpet looked just as good, before, as it did, after. I simply had it cleaned for hygienic reasons for our incoming tenants.

Arrived on time. Cleaned the areas well and 24 hours later, the carpets look good.

I like that no chemicals are involved, the technology gets things clean and sanitized, no residue is left to attract dirt and most of all Alex, who was here for the second time, is thorough at what he does, is careful in all he does and does an excellent job, not to mention being very pleasant to work with with!
