Serviceman called. arrived on time, placed equipment and performed work efficiently and excellent manner.

Contact is made if service person will be late...there is constant contact with service person on day of appointment regarding timing which is really great. The end product is always amazing. I have white carpet and it just looks fantastic after cleaning.

Service operators are very friendly and courteous. I also like how there is no film or smell left behind.

The technicians are well trained, courteous and helpful (Todd was great), there are no chemicals used, and the carpets feel and look fresh after cleaning.

I like the fact that the technician informed me of what he was going to do and asked me to look at the results. I was impressed with the corner guards in the house. He even lat me taste the "water" What a hoot and a surprise. I will have you back again.

I have employed the carpet cleaning techs. They are capable and knowledgeable and use a lot of elbow grease. My carpeting is old, and it needs more cleaning treatment than newer carpets.

Is there a way to remove the metal marks at the bottom of my porcelain toilets that were left by the carpet cleaning nozzle? Unfortunately I have two carpeted bathrooms.

The special formula used made my carpet look brand new! I was shocked that Hilbert was able to get stains out that I thought were permanent. Hilbert was very clear with me about the service and took his time to do an amazing job! Also, he was very polite and courteous and communicated well with me.

It is too early to comment about your product, the test of time will determine my response. However, it looks great at this time. I like the fact that there is no residue left behind in our carpets. That is a definite plus. Your service techincian was great, a real asset to your organization. I would like to suggest that your scheduling be improved. The techician had us added to his already full schedule, at the last minute due to the unavailability of the technician who was originally scheduled. Your technician showed up at 6:00 pm, was very cheerful and willing. However, I felt bad that he was spending his family dinner hour working on our carpet. When he finished up, it was a few minutes before 8 pm. He took his time to do a good job for us even though it was very late. I certainly hope you compensated him well for this. He was great! Everything was explained to us, and I really appreciate the fact that he took his time to do a thorough job in spite of the late hour and a very long work day for him. He was very friendly and represented your organization in a very professional and positive manner.

The man who cleaned our wall to wall carpeting, chair and sofa worked very hard and diligently to bring them very clean. The furniture and carpet suffered many years of wear, spills and soiling. He made them look almost new again.

Alex did a great job of cleaning the carpets.Three of our bedrooms had pretty bad traffic area. The rooms were cleaned very well.
