This is the first time that our 10 year old carpets look so good. There has never been a carpet cleaner to ever clean our carpets as well as Zerorez. I am so very pleased with your work. We were planning to get new carpets in a few months, but now that the carpets are so very clean…..we decided to keep them. I like that the carpet is supposed to dry fast. Our stairs took awhile but our tech Ed said he had to go over them a lot as they were really dirty.

the technicians were very nice and knowledgeable on their products. They worked hard for 3 hours yesterday and my carpets look great. they are still a little damp after 24 hours so I think they should tell people that instead of a 10 hour dry time. It is a little cool now so that could be the problems. I will be using this company again.
