I like the fact that there are no chemicals/cleaners. I was a little disappointed this time however, because there was a spot in the entry way that wasn't cleaned well. It seemed that the job was done very quickly (which is good) but may have missed a couple of places. In the past, there have seem spots that disappear after the cleaning!

The services was very good, the technician worked hard to remove stains and yes I would recommend zerorez to someone else.
The first time the technician cam out the job was not done very well but they came back with another technician correct the job. Thanks a lot to 'GUS".

I love the idea that there's no chemicals and my carpet looks so clean and smells fresh. I really appreciated the technicians knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. I had an appointment at 8:00am and was told he would be there between 8 and 10. He was right on time, he arrived at 8:02, That was fantastic. He was such a nice guy, his name is Xamsa Idiris, he was wonderful. I will recommend Zerorez to all my friends and use Zerorez whenever I want my carpets cleaned. Thank You Xamsa!

No false fragrances or shampoos. Technician is prepared with excellent equipment like corner protectors, special fans, booties. Technician is well trained, knowledgeable, observant of carpet conditions, doesn't give you a hard sell on extra services.
