What sold me was the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. In the end the results speak for themselves as the carpets were left clean and free of residue.

I'm glad somebody finally came up with a great way to clean carpets because back in the day it was shampoo, more shampoo, spot & stain remover along with scrubbing. Everybody remembers renting the carpet shampoo machines at your local store or equipment rental and the big mess it made and then waiting and waiting for the carpets to dry.

I like the application of the cleaner first and vacuuming second. Coit does both at the same time and it doesn't work as well. The technician makes a big difference as well and the Zeroez technician did a great job.
