9 instead of 10 due to the "arrival window". Scheduled from 12-2pm on line. Follow-up phone call and email stating 4 hour window. Technician arrived at 4:10 pm. With set-up, etc... did not start until after 5pm. Next time, I will try to get first appointment. Thank you.

You were available on short notice. You were good about alerting us to the time of arrival, including a delay. The rugs look excellent.
I do have one reservation: when I called I said four rooms and the stairs. When the men arrived, I added a small rug in a bedroom. That made five rooms. The men said they did not know about the playroom, but they added it, and to the bill.
They were very pleasant and competent.
