I like that you don't use chemicals that would leave residue in my carpet. Manny did a great job getting my dirty hall carpet nice & clean. He listened to my concerns, treated the specific areas and my carpet looks like new! He also cleaned my kitchen tile floor and my grout hasn't been this light since it was installed 12 years ago! I do have a complaint having to do with prices. I have been a customer for some time. My last 4 bills for the same job have been $225, $188, $193, & $213. On one of these jobs there was an advertised price the next day for $40 less. I also regularly get told that this or that should be extra but we'll overlook it this time. I would very much like to establish a fair price for my job and not have to worry about timing my requests to your sales.
The unique quality of zerorez carpet cleaning is that spots do not come back. I've never had that experience with any other carpet cleaning company. Also, your customer service is exemplary. (Except for one lousy technician that caused a return trip by one of your usual star technicians.)
