Your enpower-steam and the technician(Alex)did a good job by cleaning up most of the spots (stains) on our carpet(4 rooms),which I could not clean or removed over years by using chemical spot remover.
The service can be improved by the punctuality of the technician(Alex). I was misunderstood by the price of carpet-Protectant, I was told $3 per room by Alex but later change to $30/room when he wrote up the service. I complained, he then gave me Spotter kit($30) for free.
The carpet was clean and soft. The service providers were knowledgeable and polite.
