From the initial phone call, to the confirmation, to the actual service everything was handled as promised and in a professional manner.
The technician, Jesus, was great at communicating the particulars of the service. He called to tell me that he was coming from the South Bay and to expect him to be at the latter end of the arrival window. Upon arrival he walked me through his process and managed my expectations about well the carpets would clean up. During the service he was friendly, professional, informative and efficient. As a manager of a service company myself I appreciated the quality of his "presentation" and the great job he did all around.
We have never used a carpet cleaner before and we were hesitant because of the stories that we heard from family and friends. I usually clean the carpets myself with just hot water. I don't like using chemicals. I heard your adds about zero residue and we liked that because of our cats. We were also having a home appraisal done and I knew that my little carpet cleaner could not do as well as a professional one.
I was also worried about who I was going to let in our home. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING!!! The two people that showed up were on time, pleasant, they smiled, they listened to me and they answered my questions. I REALLY believe that they took a personal interest in what we needed and what we wanted to accomplish. The carpets look great they dried quickly and they are the cleanest they have been since we bought our home four years ago. Our appraiser said that our home was well cared for. Thank you very much from Beth and I and we would definitely use your services again. PS: and it smells clean.

professional, quick & friendly service
The young man that came to the house (Joe) was very professional. Did a very nice job on my carpets. One was off white and it looked great when he was finished. He cleaned the carpet in our Family Room and a large throw rug that was on top of it. He took this top one out to dry in the yard for me. He also cleaned another large throw rug and treated all of them for pet urine. The Family Room still has an odor but it is not as strong as it was.
I will call Zerorez back when I get my three bedrooms done.

I loved the results the first time. We did have to have them back a couple times for a certain spot. Hopefully this time will o it. I keep getting calls from COT our previous provider and I have told them that we are a zerorez customer and told them not to call again.
