The procedure used did not require the equipment to be hooked up to my water system. The carpet was not soaked with water and it dried very quickly without leaving a residue on the surface of the carpet. The cleaning technicians, James and Joe were very professional, hardworking and courteous!

We are very pleased with the results. The carpet feels like new, cleaner and brighter than other cleaners, soft and fluffy without that stiff feeling that chemicals leave behind. The colors on the area rug are bright and clear. We thought about getting a new one until Zerorez cleaned it for us.

My friend heard about your company on the radio. I heard that you use natural liquids and very little chemicals. You had a special carpet cleaning deal prompting my call, at which time I also asked about dryer vent cleaning. I had my dryer reparied recently and was told not to use it until I had the vent cleaned. My stacked washer/dryer is in a tight space and I regularly wipe the machine and walls to keep lint and dust from accumulating, but I was shocked to see the thick layers of lint behind and under the machine when it was pulled out of its place. Your technician, Joseph Young, was another courteous and polite young man, who called before coming and got right to work assessing the job and bringing in his equipment. He did a thorough job and made sure all the plugs and connections were secure before putting the machine back in its place. Joseph is a good worker and did a great job.
