Service techs who came to my house were the best. They did not rush through the job, explained the process, recommended some additional coatings and did a fantastic job. The whole carpeting looks brand new though they are 12 year Los and we have had a dog in the house always. I will be calling Erorez back to have my lied floorings cleaned, and will request the same techs.

I like that you do not use much harsh chemicals for the carpet cleaning. When I called for the appointment, the lady I spoke with was courteous and accomodating, and explained the procedure well. The technician who came to clean my carpet, Jerome Cloud, was also polite and pleasant. He called before coming and let me know that there was a slight delay, although he was within the window of time I was given. He also answered all my questions patiently and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained that he was not aware of the dryer vent cleaning part of the order, and did not have the right equipment, but made sure that someone would come to do that and I would only be charged for the actual work. He was a very nice and pleasant young man, and he did a very good job.
