The people who helped me set it up were friendly and gave good information about cost and logistics. The person who came out to do the cleaning called on the morning of the appointment to tell me when he would be here. He was clean and professionally dressed, friendly and efficient. He wore shoe coverings. I liked the corner protectors. He explained what he was doing as he went. When the carpet was wet it did not have that sticky/slick feeling that I felt like I wanted to wipe off, like with Stanley Steemer or Coit. I didn't have a lot of heavy traffic dirt or stains, so it wasn't one of those WOW moments when he was done, but the whole house looks good and I'm happy I did it. I just had three months of remodeling dust and dirt and now it's fresh and clean. He even cleaned my office chair. I asked about air ducts (I saw it on the truck) and he gave me an estimate for air ducts and dryer vent cleaning. There were no surprise fees. Overall, I'm very pleased and will use Zerorez again.

I love the way my carpets look and smell and appreciate that you use natural products. My daughter is allergic and all the other products and companies use pretty strong chemicals. The technician, Xamsa, was very helpful and courteous. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions.

You arrived early (awesome, for me), got straight to business, wiped out some pretty huge spots and stains on the carpets. We won't get rid of our carpets now, so that's wonderful!
