It all comes down to the service and the individuals who represent the front line. The two that worked here and did the work were very enthusiastic and friendly. They enjoyed doing their work and strived to make us happy. I will certainly recommend zerorez and the two workers ( Ronnie McDaniel & Busdy) to my neighbors.

One thing I didn't like : the cost of the protectant, which I feel is very necessary, is half the cost of the cleaning. Cleaning is easier next time but still costs the same. The cost seems excessesive.
My carpets look great, but I expected that. What I found exceptional was how professional and yet kind and friendly the two technicians were. Jesus and China were delightful, I would invite them back any time.
They are green, and the process cleans the carpets better than any other service or product.
