You able to get out the soapy residue from the carpet in our back room. But a stain appeared after you cleaned the carpet. But you also came back and cleaned the carpet again. That says a lot about your company, that you would come back and try to make it right. Thanks.

My area rug was quite dirty and now, after Zerorez cleaned it, it is fresh and clean again. The service tech, Anthony, was polite, helpfull and explained what he was doing. Because I only asked for one 8X8 area rug to be cleaned, the service call was considerable greater than the price for cleaning one rug, and he suggested I could have another rug cleaned and still be within the quoted price, so he also cleaned the area rug on my deck. It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony.

Good Product. I think that their should be two persons, especially if there is furniture to be moved. Our furniture is old and heavy. He was NOT willing to move any furniture and I immediately was thinking to cancel the call. But after a call to the office, someone talked to him and the worker changed his mind! I think the person who takes the reservation should ask many questions about furniture...This should be made to the worker prior to showing up on the job.

I really like how your product is green and without chemicals. Knowing this made me very comforable with a carpet cleaning service. Knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about chemicals around my kids made me feel comfortable with the service. Joseph came to my home and had a lot of product knowledge, and informed me of other services that Zerorez offers. Next time I schedule an appointment I'm going to take advantage of the other services offered. Oh the GREAT price was a BIG plus!! I was shocked with the $133 for three rooms! You can't beat that (such a great deal for 'green' product!!

Liked the work and the worker who came to my home. However, my time was 10 - 12, and the work was done around 1:30. I could have had a more productive day if the timing had been better. But I was pleased with the work, the clean product used for the work, and I will definitely use you again.

Love that the cleaning is green. Carpet came out amazing, considering they were very dirty! Tony, was amazing, and very surprised that he remembered our family from the very first time we used Zerorez two years ago!
