The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were very professional in their manners as well as their carpet cleaning. The Zerorez process is very impressive. The stains that didn't come out a few years ago with a different service were removed with no problem. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.

It's interesting that your cleaning material contains no soaps. Your techs work very hard, are polite and accommodating. I will use you again but providing you do not get too expensive. I am retired, on a fixed income and wonder if you would consider giving a senior discount. Thank you.

I had 2 well advertized companies in previous years come to do my carpets. One said he wouldnt recommend steam cleaning my back stairs because "it would turn into a muddy mess". Another refused to do Oriental wool rugs because they might be damaged.
Manny did an amazing job on my muddy back stairs- good as new- and did not hesitate to do my
Oriental wool rugs which are beautiful now that I can see the original bright colors.
He was careful to get every inch of my carpets, rugs and many stairs clean. I'll never try to clean them myself again now that I know about your company.

Response, workers and the product. We had a problem with a blind but Jason came out and took care of it, there is one spot I showed to Jason and he was going to get back to me about redoing it. Ordered a cleaning kit, it have not seen it in the mail as yet

The boys discs great job on my stairs - they were black and they're white now! The tile came out great too!

The tech explained to me what he will do to clean the carpet and my options are for the carpets after he finish cleaning. Explain clearly to me the after care. He's truly a professional. He is a keeper. Keep up the good work.
