Dale really bailed us out after a horrible flood in our bathroom and hall. His work was excellent, professional and with a smile. After days of drying the carpet, wood, removing and reinstalling a new rug pad, our hall looked like nothing had happened to it. Paul and his colleague who cleaned the rugs afterwards also did an excellent job. Our light carpets look beautiful and were dry within a couple of hours after being cleaned.

Manny provided some of the best customer service. He was courteous, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommended your services to friends and family. In addition the carpets were cleaned to perfection and almost appeared new. The grout on the tiles was actually maroon not black. Overall excellent job and very satisfied. Very good service no wet rugs

Clean, non toxic and great staff - personable, professional, efficient. We had a less than great experience with Zerorez previously but decided to try again. Glad we did and hope that we can have the same crew for our next cleaning. They were awesome and everything looks wonderful.

The service is great and the representatives are professional. We love that the carpet is sooooo clean and not crunchy. Seriously there were spots of grease and wine that I knew would be there when they were done. But thankfully i was wrong.
