I was very pleased with Dale, the owner of the company, who bailed us out after a big flood in out upstairs hall. After drying out the carpet with a large industrial fan Zerorez provided, then lifting the carpet up, removing the pad, spraying the wood with an anti-fungal/mildew preparation and two more days of drying the wood, a new carpet pad was installed and the carpet was re-installed. It looks like nothing ever happened. Then Paul and his colleague came to clean the hall, stairs, and the computer room. All services were professional, efficient and with a personalized touch. This is the best company for cleaning rugs and any rug related services.

Dale really bailed us out after a horrible flood in our bathroom and hall. His work was excellent, professional and with a smile. After days of drying the carpet, wood, removing and reinstalling a new rug pad, our hall looked like nothing had happened to it. Paul and his colleague who cleaned the rugs afterwards also did an excellent job. Our light carpets look beautiful and were dry within a couple of hours after being cleaned.

Manny provided some of the best customer service. He was courteous, hard working and efficient. I would highly recommended your services to friends and family. In addition the carpets were cleaned to perfection and almost appeared new. The grout on the tiles was actually maroon not black. Overall excellent job and very satisfied. Will return for future service.

Very good service no wet rugs

Clean, non toxic and great staff - personable, professional, efficient. We had a less than great experience with Zerorez previously but decided to try again. Glad we did and hope that we can have the same crew for our next cleaning. They were awesome and everything looks wonderful.
