Regarding issues, I think you have to have a hard time passing the red face test on your gasoline fuel surcharge. Ive been in the global distribution business of handling very expensive as as well as commodity cargo. A surcharge is a cost on top of normal gas costs, consumption, etc. Your charge to me was $14 to go from your shop which I know the address to my place. Your surcharge covered all the gas costs and some vehicle wear-and-tear?
Our only other issue is we hope the carpet bubbles in our upstairs bedroom go down as there are about 6 of them? Will wait and see...

I really appreciate that you called me to discuss the drying problems we had with rug cleaning at 1556 Carol Avenue. The tech (Ray) and work done at 22 Bloomfield was excellent and so much closer to dry when he left than our previous experience. Like the previous Tech, he was very helpful, kind and professional.
One request - I recieved a $25 off coupon when the rugs were cleaned at 1556 Carol and did not realize it until the invoice was complete and paid at 22 Bloomfield. Would you please provide us with a $25 refund to our credit card for that service? I know you guys are all about your service and reputation so this would go a long way to compensating for the days of inconvenience at our new home on Carol, where we were not able to move into the rooms you cleaned, for 4 days after cleaning (waiting for it to dry). I like that the products used are non toxic since I have a toddler that is constantly rolling around on the floor. I had two very visible stains on my carpet and the technicians were able to get both of them out. I'm very pleased with the service.

I had a problem with a service received and in turn responded with a rather stern and unfavorable feedback request review. Tina from Zerorez corporate called me the next day, discussed the issues, and then advised that one of their top technicians (Paul) would return and re-work the carpet and kitchen floor. Paul arrived as scheduled and eliminated all problems. I was very impressed to learn that he had flown up from San Diego to perform this work. The next day Tina called me back ask if the re-cleaning met our satisfaction ... and indeed it did.
The manner in which Zerorez addressed and resolved my situation truly demonstrated a company with, in addition to a superior cleaning technology, outstanding customer service standards - given this combination I am more than "10 very likely" to recommend Zerorez to others.
We liked the concept of no soapy residue left on the carpet and were thrilled to see that our carpets really did get clean.
