The person making my appointment was very nice but when I told her she had some negative comments on Yelp her response that you can't please everyone. She should have said we are trying our vest to improve our customer relations. She was however very polite and friendly and accomodating!!!

The service person who came out, Jason, was very nice and did a great job!!!! My only problem was that it takes some time to dry and we have company coming. My next one will be in the summer when this will not be an issue. Otherwise, this was a pleasant and good experience. The best reason to choose them is there is no residue or chemicals and this is a plus for me since I have immune issues.

I tend to be skeptical about services such as the ones that you offer. I had some spots on my carpet that hadn't lessened even after 3 to 4 "steam cleanings". I had heard accounts of tough stains being removed with your methods on your radio commercials. I decided to give your company a try this week. I am very happy to report that the spots referred to and the carpets in general haven't looked as good in a very long time. Spots are gone!

My carpet was cleaner after Zerorez than when I moved into my apartment. I had given up hope that the carpet could be saved, and was absolutely amazed to see the transformation. I particularly appreciate that the only chemical is an orange derivative. My place not only looked better, but it smelled better after cleaning. Ray was on time, was very professional, helpful, and polite...and he really threw himself into his work. I work with many trades and I was impressed all around with the experience.

I am so pleased with the results of your work. This house is a rental and the previous tenants obviously let their children eat and drink in their rooms and the evidence was everywhere on the carpets. I was very worried that the stains would not come out. I had heard about Zerorez from a friend. She was extremely pleased with your work as they had stains on their carpets that they thought would never come out. They had had other companies come in, but the stains always came back. With Zerorez, they never did; therefore, she highly recommended your company.
