My carpets look lovely. Almost every spot came out. The only problem I had was the technician arriving hlaf an hour early.
The service was excellent in all respects. Making the appointment was surprising simple (in these automated times) and the cleaning process itself seems to be terrific. We have some old carpeting and some newer; all is sparkling now.
I was surprised, however, at the random $20 "fuel" charge.

The appointment went very well. The boys (I didn't get their names) were punctual
and did everything they needed to do, including the very odd requirement of crawling
under a pair of grand pianos to get to all the carpeting in the room. I'm very happy

Great quality work and no fumes! Also, Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He even took a video of a particularly filthy piece of carpet as he cleaned it, so he could show it to me and I wouldn't have to run up the stairs so many times. What a guy!

Reliable and professional
I had a problem with a service received and in turn responded with a rather stern and unfavorable feedback request review. Tina from Zerorez corporate called me the next day, discussed the issues, and then advised that one of their top technicians (Paul) would return and re-work the carpet and kitchen floor. Paul arrived as scheduled and eliminated all problems. I was very impressed to learn that he had flown up from San Diego to perform this work. The next day Tina called me back ask if the re-cleaning met our satisfaction ... and indeed it did.
The manner in which Zerorez addressed and resolved my situation truly demonstrated a company with, in addition to a superior cleaning technology, outstanding customer service standards - given this combination I am more than "10 very likely" to recommend Zerorez to others.
