Before Zerorez I felt that when I had my carpets cleaned they were never really clean and it seemed that sometimes they even attracted more dirty after being cleaned

The quality of the cleaning that was done
Little to no cleaning product smells. Staff was able to quickly adjust to me being on a business call when they arrived. I was able to just show them the room and let them get to work without interrupting the work meeting I was participating in.
The service was very good and friendly. The only problem I had was that it took the carpet two days to dry other then that I was very happy with the service. Thanks!!!!!
