I chose Zerorez because I didn't want any chemicals to clean my carpet. I was told by a friend who owns a carpet business that if chemicals are used to clean a carpet, any stains will return in time. If you don't use chemicals after installing a new carpet, chances are any stains can be removed and won't return. Zerorez was the company for me.

The guy who came out was excellent. Two years ago you guy cleaned our rug but couldn't get all the stains out but this guy was able to get ALL the stains. Great job to your guy and of course your product.
