The two guys who came couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I really love that my carpets dried in the time they said it would take and that there was absolutely no smell whatsoever. In the past, I have used other carpet cleaners and, often, my carpets had streaks. Not so with Zerorez. Also, I was charged the same price that was quoted on the phone,no additions for this and that. My carpets feel fluffy again and I can see that they are clean. The technician was friendly and thorough in his work. He should me areas that needed extra care and areas that were cleaned afterwards.
Your people do a very good job! You are the only ones who have ever worked on my approx. 6 year old white carpet. This time, my 8 year old grandson had spilled BLACK nail polish on it, and it came out wonderfully!

I found Zerorez people to be prompt, friendly, and, most importantly, the rugs look great! We had a stain that other companies could not completely remove but with Zerorez it is now gone.

The carpets weren't "soaking" wet afterwards and they dried nicely. I was very pleased with how "new" the carpets looked and ALL of the stains and spots were gone.
