Service technician contacted us prior to service and arranged to arrive 30 minutes early.

We had pretty dirty carpet in the bedroom and would like to have Dale (or other) to come back as missed a spot or two, easy to do as the room was pretty dark. I always recommend this company...great work and reliable, they are there when they say they will be.

I used your cleaning service in the past 2 months for 2 houses and now my work place. Your team was extremely considerate and did a great job with the 2 houses... My work place they did a great job with the carpets, but... I originally had a 10 O'clock appt but running behind they started my job at noon. They contacted my work phone so I didn't receive the message until I got to work at 10. When I spoke to the the driver he said they should be by about 12 so I ran errands. When I returned at 11:45 they were in my parking lot and gave me attitude because I was late... Not appreciated since they advised me that would be the time they'd arrive. They did however do a great job with the carpets.

Really dirty indoor-outdoor carpet in our shed. They used a scrub brush to clean the area and we cannot believe how good it came out. I was really pleased with their efforts. Both young men were very respectful and nice to talk too.
