Gentleman (Roy) who provided the service explained what he would do after I showed him what areas needed to be done and he did a great job. Carpet looks great. The carpeting wasn't soaking wet as I've experienced in the past from other companies. Will use Zerorez for future cleanings.

Tony was great but one of the rooms he cleaned yesterday has several spots still that I didn't notice when it was wet. I am hoping you can come back and re-clean just that room. Please let me know when that would be possible.

No soap is used, no soapy, sticky residue left on carpets....just a squeaky clean carpet is left!

Zerorez consistently gets the job done! Even the toughest job (for example, dog urine on a silk rug) have been cleaned and looking like new. Thank you!
