My carpets feel fluffy again and I can see that they are clean. The technician was friendly and thorough in his work. He should me areas that needed extra care and areas that were cleaned afterwards.

Your people do a very good job! You are the only ones who have ever worked on my approx. 6 year old white carpet. This time, my 8 year old grandson had spilled BLACK nail polish on it, and it came out wonderfully!

Hard working employees like James and Eric. They were both friendly and professional. They did a great job on my carpet, as well as on my tile and grout. The price was good too!

Quick and easy!

I found Zerorez people to be prompt, friendly, and, most importantly, the rugs look great! We had a stain that other companies could not completely remove but with Zerorez it is now gone.

The carpets weren't "soaking" wet afterwards and they dried nicely. I was very pleased with how "new" the carpets looked and ALL of the stains and spots were gone.

Your rep called in advance and was on time. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. The completed job was excellent as usual. We have been using Zerorez for years now and will continue to in the future.
