The young men work very hard, the truck was new and wasn't working, no pressure, they worked to get the truck to be able to preform up to 3 hours, plus they needed water supply hook up also didn't have, they had to leave and find water, seems that the front office should take some responbilty for pairing the right truck for the right job, this is the second time I have used them, they are the best at what they do, the carpets are cleaner than anyone else and the carpets dry in just a couple of hours. They are not cheap for a condo, as they charge extra 50.00 for a 3rd floor cleaning, but it's worth it.

No chemicals

Everything! When I called to set up appt. to have carpets cleaned there was no pressure to have any unwanted services. The two men who came to do the cleaning were very courteous, and they double checked to make sure their understanding of what I wanted done was correct. My carpeting is quite old (& will be replaced within the next year when I have some remodeling done), and I realized the best efforts of Zerorez would not make them look like new, but the lead man of the cleaning team very tactfully pointed this out as he was concerned my expectations of the end result might be too optimistic.

Service guys were gentlemen and not arrogant and demeaning. I felt the carpets were thoroughly cleaned as they took time ( 1 1/2 hrs) as opposed to a former carpet cleaners that took 45 mins and had to be called back for brown spots.

Still haven't rec'd an statement or invoice, just would like some paperwork for my files.I was told I would get one via email. In the mean time I've rec'd this one and another one. Paid by check 4/19.
