Good Product. I think that their should be two persons, especially if there is furniture to be moved. Our furniture is old and heavy. He was NOT willing to move any furniture and I immediately was thinking to cancel the call. But after a call to the office, someone talked to him and the worker changed his mind! I think the person who takes the reservation should ask many questions about furniture...This should be made to the worker prior to showing up on the job.

I really like how your product is green and without chemicals. Knowing this made me very comforable with a carpet cleaning service. Knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about chemicals around my kids made me feel comfortable with the service. Joseph came to my home and had a lot of product knowledge, and informed me of other services that Zerorez offers. Next time I schedule an appointment I'm going to take advantage of the other services offered. Oh the GREAT price was a BIG plus!! I was shocked with the $133 for three rooms! You can't beat that (such a great deal for 'green' product!!

Liked the work and the worker who came to my home. However, my time was 10 - 12, and the work was done around 1:30. I could have had a more productive day if the timing had been better. But I was pleased with the work, the clean product used for the work, and I will definitely use you again.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpet and I was a satisfied customer both times. Alex Obeso was my Cleaning Specialist this time and his work is far superior to the first time I had my carpet cleaned. He was informative, professional and when he was done he had performed all the necessary requirements to extract the pet stains, neutralize the urine and deodorize, and the rest of the carpet was done to perfection as well. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and when he left, my carpet was almost dry. The first time I used Zerorez the carpet remained damp for quite some time. Thank you Alex Obeso and thank you Zerorez.

tOP OF THE LINE..... WILL DO VERY WELL IN THE VILLAGES JUST RUN THE AD IN THE VILLAGER AND USE THE YELLOW BUMPERS WITH THE HORZ DRYING FAN.... VERY IMPRESSIVE.
