I must say that I was not impressed with the carpet cleaning after your team left my home -Sept. 11. The traffic areas up the stairs and in the hallway looked dingy and just not clean. I thought once the carpet dried thoroughly it would look better, but that didn't happen. Returning home after 2 weeks away in October, the dingyness really hit me. I even asked my husband, "Did we really have the carpets cleaned last month?" I called Zerorez and they sent James out to make things right. He worked very, very hard, going over the areas that were not clean-looking. His hard work made the difference in transforming the carpet from dingy to clean and was much appreciated by this grateful customer. Thank you for standing behind your reputation by making sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.

My two technicians were professional, courteous and did a great job. My rugs and tile look amazing!! I had construction in my home and thought both were ruined. The techs were thorough and efficient, I anticipated a long process, but they completed the job in just a few hours.

Very little chemicals used, nice techs, on-time scheduling, friendly office personnel. BUT! I don't like the added surcharges: fuel (it was never mentioned during any conversation prior to appt).

There was white residue left at my garage area - the techs should have cleaned it up instead of me.

Everything, from start to finish! Wendy was helpful when I set up my appointment, Alex was prompt and efficient in cleaning my carpets, and I still can't believe how great they now look. Kudos to Zerorez and their staff!!
