Timely. Operator called 30 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time to advise they would be at my house in 20 minutes (10 minutes early!) And good service with a clean carpet.

Liked the whole experience. The technician we really nice and not at all creepy like some carpet cleaners. I liked that you confirmed the appointment the day before and that the tech called from his previous job to let us know when to expect him.

Team was on tiime and kept me briefed on their projected arrival time. Cleaners were friendly and got right to work. Work performed was done well - we have no recurrence of the spots cleaned - that happened last time with another company.

Pros: Easy to schedule. Fast. Friendly.
Cons: Left footprints on my non-carpeted floors.

I like that the results are almost always amazing. I like that you do not use soap. I like that the employees you send are polite and anxious to help in any way, above and beyond what I requested. They always arrive on time. I am happy when they leave.

I only have a problem with the surcharge for gas that's added on to my bill or you call it a trip charge...I hesitate each time I have you come out because of it...

The carpet service was "wonderful" and I definitely would and will recommend it. However, I had my slate done which did not come out well and was redone and not looking any better than before it was done. I've bought some sealer from Home Depot for $50 and am going to do it myself. I want to thank Paul who did a wonderful job on my carpets and was so helpful.
