That you do not use use harsh detergents or shampoos and it leaves no residue.
Before Zerorez I felt that when I had my carpets cleaned they were never really clean and it seemed that sometimes they even attracted more dirty after being cleaned
The carpets look and smell great after. They dry quickly too.
