It has been a week since Zerorez cleaned my carpet. Usually after my "self-cleaning", I noticed that my carpets appeared dirty just a few days after--some places were even worse than before! With Zerorez, my carpets stayed cleaned and look like new; all without that "crunchy, sticky" feeling that was there before. I had many stains on my cream-colored carpet and your technicians got most of them out and lightened the bad ones. I am truly and completely satisfied with your product and company. The technicians were great--called to let me know they would be running late and then called again as to when they'll be arriving. Once they were here, they informed me of what they were going to do and they were very professional, courteous and knowledgable the entire time. Great customer satisfaction and am thinking of having Zerorez clean our restaurant carpet. I will never clean or have anyone else clean my carpets except for Zerorez again! Thank you!!!!!
I would like to comment that in recent cleanings, I think things have changed.
1. Your people used to put a thin, clear plastic square under the table legs (dining, coffee, & end) dining chair legs, sofa legs, etc., which I was told was to keep the stain on the wooden legs from staining the wet carpet. Now they don't; they don't even put my dining chairs back (perhaps to keep them off the wet carpet, since they don't use the clear plastic squares).
2. The time before last, little foam squares were put under the heavy pieces; they are still there. How am I going to pull them out from under a heavy piece of furniture by myself? The little clear plastic squares, I could slip out.
3. I think I am paying less now than before, which may be why the above things have changed.
Just want to let you know that Jesse did a terrific job on our carpets. He got some pretty grungy gray traffic areas completely clean and much better than I hoped for. That, and he is also a gentleman; he offered to help me carry in my groceries too. That makes a great impression for your company.

The person that came to clean the carpets was very knowledgeable and professional. In the past I've had employees that were not very seasoned. My carpets look wonderful-This is the first company that I was satisfied with their work. With several other companies I felt the carpets were not throughly cleaned.
