The services where excellent in that they were punctual, courteous, and good about explaining the options,extra services,and pricing which wasn't . I can't comment on the product used for mattress cleaning- just trusting about the green cleaning methods and healthiness. As for the tile & gout in kitchen & one bath,they looked as good as new! We were pleased with carpet results hoping that it's true that they won't attract the dirt as easily.

I like that the products are non-toxic. We do not use chemicals in our home (for the most part). I also hope that there will be less tracking afterward.
