The team was neat, polite, friendly and knowledgable. They did a great job. I was ready to have my dining chairs seat pads recovered because no carpet cleaning company wanted to clean them because of the surrounding wood. Your Zerorez team assured me that it would be no problem and it wasn't. They are beautiful and look like new! I tell everyone one that I will not have anything but Zerorez clean my carpet again.

Staff was on time, called me before they got to my home. My carpets look and feel great. They were able to get rid of pet smells. Staff lead found a credit card I did not even know that I had lost and placed it on top of my bed. He notified me that he had found my card and where he had placed it. Larry and Ed were friendly, personable and professional. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new twenty years ago. Even with the cool weather, carpet is completely dry 24 hours later. They also did a great job on a chair I tacked onto the order at the last minute. Will definitely recommend Zerorez and use you again. Thanks guys!

My carpet looks wonderful today, and it is 10 years old. However, last night it was still quite damp after 12hours. It doesn't seem to me that it would be good for the carpet or the pad. The serviceman who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice.
