My technician arrived on time. He was very friendly, polite,hardworking and thorough. He actually was able to clean a couple of places and remove candle imbedded into the carpet. Upon completion of the job the carpets appeared much cleaner, dried quickly leaving a subtle clean and fresh scent.

Very thorough. Took their time to do a good job. Carpet looks new, though it is quite old, was very dirty, and a very light cream color, and they got out stains that had resisted treatment in the past. Carpet also dried in half the time as when other services cleaned this carpet. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

I liked that the products were natural (enzymes). They were able to get stains out of the carpets that other companies couldn't. The guys worked very hard and did a fantastic job. I kept remembering more things that needed to be done and they right on working! They finished every item.

Also your products. Got out Reilly bad out really bad large, dog feces stains that NOBODY ELSE was able to remove! Also our carpet Cleaners were so niceand understanding and gave us phenomenal customer service!!
