I thought Paul was just great. I think you should strongly consider him for management....or give him a raise. Often carpet cleaners that I've had in the past were not the nicest people.

He was so nice and did a good job explaining it all to me, and got the carpet nice and clean, and moved a few small pieces of furniture that I asked him too, so he could get at the stains. ( I am in my 70's )

My only negative comment is, how LOUD the truck mounted equiptment is during the process. I was hoping my neighbors weren't bothered by it. People complain about leaf blowers making noise so it was a concern. I imagine the truck mounted equiptment does the best job tho.

Zerorez is great! They were able to work with my schedule, did a great job, and left the carpets looking better than they had ever looked. With other carpet cleaning companies, the carpets end up feeling crunchy and stiff after cleaning, but Zerorez does not leave anything on the carpets that makes them feel strange. Greatest carpet cleaning company ever!

Paul came out and was so polite and took his time looking over our carpet and asking questions before he got started. No other company that we have used in the past has really spent the time looking over the rooms we wanted cleaned and definitely did not ask as many questions as Paul did. I will be writing a Yelp review in a few months as I want to wait and see if the spots really don't come back as quickly. The amount of time the carpet was damp was a lot less than using other companies.

I would like to know what I can do to "clean up" a stain should I have a problem in the next few months. I realize I do not have a plan to keep the carpets clean beyond regular vacuuming.

Carpet dries quickly and is very soft afterwards. I also like that you stand behind your service and sent someone back out to redo a room.

No residue. Clean carpets!

I like the fact that no chemicals were used to clean the carpets. Larry and Jarrod were neat and professional in appearance and manner.
Although they arrived one hour earlier than the appointment time, I was able to make an adjustment to my schedule and they were able
to begin the cleaning of my living room and dining room. The few stains were treated and then the total carpet areas were cleaned in
about one hour. Larry had called and left a message that they would be arriving earlier than expected, but I did not check my phone
until after they had completed the cleaning and had left.

I was told the carpet might rise up in some areas, but that it would settle down by the next day. It did both of these, as predicted.
My carpets look great and I am very pleased. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends, neighbors and others, and will have them
clean carpets in other areas of my home when needed.
