arriving. I like the corner protectors that you used. Troy Karren was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions that we had. That the products do not leave resido in the carpet. I liked that the service was great and the carpet was cleaned in a timely manner. I liked the fact that a stain in my daughter's carpet was not supposed to come out, but it did. The carpets looked marvelous. Thank you.

The team was neat, polite, friendly and knowledgable. They did a great job. I was ready to have my dining chairs seat pads recovered because no carpet cleaning company wanted to clean them because of the surrounding wood. Your Zerorez team assured me that it would be no problem and it wasn't. They are beautiful and look like new! I tell everyone one that I will not have anything but Zerorez clean my carpet again.

I love the way it made the carpet feel. It feels clean, soft, and fluffy. It had never felt soft like that before with other carpet cleaners.

It is very clean! Much cleaner than when I had it steam cleaned. Also, it was almost dry the same night. Excellent service. Very good techs that did the cleaning. They were careful about my very scared cat too.

Staff was on time, called me before they got to my home. My carpets look and feel great. They were able to get rid of pet smells. Staff lead found a credit card I did not even know that I had lost and placed it on top of my bed. He notified me that he had found my card and where he had placed it.
