I did not want to respond to this survey until I returned from my trip and had a chance to see how the scotch guard worked and I have a stain in one of the rooms and I tried cleaning it up with just a cold damp cloth and the stain did not come out. Other than that complaint

Scheduling was easy. Customer service was great - knowledgeable, responsive, etc. The estimate over the phone was simple. The cleaning crew was on time, called ahead to let me know and they were gone when they estimated they would be done. It's been a couple weeks since we had our very old, rental house house carpets cleaned and none of the old stains or "shadow stains" have come back. Very pleased with the results.
