Larry and Ed were friendly, personable and professional. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new twenty years ago. Even with the cool weather, carpet is completely dry 24 hours later. They also did a great job on a chair I tacked onto the order at the last minute. Will definitely recommend Zerorez and use you again. Thanks guys!

My carpet looks wonderful today, and it is 10 years old. However, last night it was still quite damp after 12hours. It doesn't seem to me that it would be good for the carpet or the pad. The serviceman who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice.

I like that no toxic products are used and that I consistently get good results from the service.

I thought Paul was just great. I think you should strongly consider him for management....or give him a raise. Often carpet cleaners that I've had in the past were not the nicest people.

He was so nice and did a good job explaining it all to me, and got the carpet nice and clean, and moved a few small pieces of furniture that I asked him too, so he could get at the stains. ( I am in my 70's )

My only negative comment is, how LOUD the truck mounted equiptment is during the process. I was hoping my neighbors weren't bothered by it. People complain about leaf blowers making noise so it was a concern. I imagine the truck mounted equiptment does the best job tho.

Zerorez is great! They were able to work with my schedule, did a great job, and left the carpets looking better than they had ever looked. With other carpet cleaning companies, the carpets end up feeling crunchy and stiff after cleaning, but Zerorez does not leave anything on the carpets that makes them feel strange. Greatest carpet cleaning company ever!

Paul came out and was so polite and took his time looking over our carpet and asking questions before he got started. No other company that we have used in the past has really spent the time looking over the rooms we wanted cleaned and definitely did not ask as many questions as Paul did. I will be writing a Yelp review in a few months as I want to wait and see if the spots really don't come back as quickly. The amount of time the carpet was damp was a lot less than using other companies.

Your crew was very professional and polite and did a bang up job. They applied your chemical formula on the spots first and did a thorugh job. We had you clean out carpets last year and will have you do your great job annually.
