The cleaning was excellent, the tech was prompt, courteous, professional. He came back to do a spot. The only thing I did not like was the up selling of the protectent that was double the cost of our cleaning and the quote on the radio not including the fuel and disposal charge. That felt sneaky to me. The quote on the radio for 3 rooms should be the amount of the check you write IMHO. That is the marketing end, the service end is flawless, Frank is a great ambassador for your company, he did a great job and when someone is in your home, it is important that they are friendly and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend the service. We are happy with the service and the way our carpets look and feel!

There is no chemicals which I really like unless stains cannot be removed.
