Your product is exactly as advertised: highly effective, without unwelcome residue or lingering dampness. Your representatives were highly professional, flexible and amicable. My one complaint is that on both occasions of my using your services, they arrived more than an hour beyond the designated 2-hour window, which in my case caused a critical delay. If you can find ways to avoid this in the future or in some way compensate the customer for a late arrival, you would undoubtedly rise to the top of your profession.

Very courteous and considerate worker. Helpful in explaining the work to be done. Carpet and the few cushions I had cleaned turned out well. Carpet dried quickly and was soft when it dried and smelled fresh. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I plan to do so in the future.
