Great service! Our carpet look like new. Since having the vents cleaned there has been less dust around. One of the most important thing I was impressed with was how kind, professional and knowledgable Kim and Troy were. Troy did not rush through the job and I felt he took care of our place like it was his own.

This is the first time I've used your service, which is the only reason for a 9 instead of a 10. I have to see how long the carpet treatments last. Your technicians arrived on time and worked twice as long as a major competitor's steam cleaners do - Zerorez was here for more than an hour. I have a small house, but I had several areas of stubborn pet stains from intensive rescue fostering. Your technicians first applied a pet enzymatic treatment to help break up and remove the urine stains, then did the regular carpet cleaning and applied a protectant in two heavily trafficked rooms. I am VERY happy with the looks and smell of the cleaned carpet! Your cleaning crew lead, Harold, was very knowledgeable about carpet fibers and shared his insights.

Your service was recommended by two friends, and I am so glad that I took their advice and called Zerorez. I will definitely use you folks again instead of a competitor.

I liked the thoroughness and attention to detail that the two young men exhibited while cleaning the carpets, plus they were very friendly and knowlegable. They were able to remove all the carpet stains even the one that had some mold and mildew because of a leaky plant container. The entire house looked and smelled as if it had new carpet which was great. Hopefully the pet treatment and carpet protectant will work out well. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and am pleased with the results.

No soap so no residue to attract more dirt; timely and professional; fast; and a beautiful outcome ...I never expected the carpet to look this good; it was covered with stains from the bottom of construction worker's shoes and boots; it looks like new.

The carpets look great. Zerorez got rust and animal strains out of the carpet, and they dried quickly and did not smell like chemicals. I'm very likely to use zerorez again.

I have used Zerorez for about 7 years now and would never use any other type of cleaning. The carpets are restored and look new. My stone flooring looks fabulous and the grout is so clean...just like new. The technicians that come out are professional and take pride in their work just like they own the company.
