We have used other competing carpet cleaning companys with close to the same results. Stains that retuen, carpets that have soap residue, and the carpets becoame dirty quickly by attracting dirt faster with the residue soap. Zerorez has a process that removes the soap, stain, and leaves the carpet fresh. The stains do not come back, an dthe carpets dry quicker when we use Zerorez. The personnel care about the service and work hard to earn your future business. This company has a great combination of customer service and a process that is significantly better than the big name competitors.

Zerorez personnel are always professional, considerate of my home and always try to give the best service. The carpet is not as wet as some other companies after they clean and in general they do an excellent job. They really work on tough stains and for the most part get most stains out. I also feel they are reasonable priced.
You use a Bio X product for your cleaning method. The high PH and citrus base make the carpets free of dirt.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals used in the cleaning process and that the crew is quick efficient crew, who were able to easily get the pet stains out of our wool carpets. Oh, and how quickly the floors dry.

Having 2 private carpet cleaning companies and 2 well known advertising carpet cleaning companies clean my carpets in my home, I was very discouraged because after a week, the carpets in certain areas still had the dingy look.
